At Amazing Clivias, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please read our refund and return policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

1.1 Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we can only accept returns for flowers that are damaged or not as described. Please contact us within 2 days of receipt if you encounter any issues with your flower order.

1.2 For seeds, you may return unopened and unused seed packets within 7 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

1.3 Items must be in their original packaging and in the same condition that you received them to be eligible for a return.

 

2. Process for Requesting a Return

2.1 To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and a description of the issue.

2.2 For damaged or incorrect items, please include photographs of the damaged or incorrect products.

2.3 Our service team will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s).

 

3. Refunds

3.1 Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

3.2 If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.

3.3 Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

3.4 For items that were damaged or incorrect, we will cover the cost of return shipping and provide a full refund or replacement as appropriate.

 

4. Exchanges

4.1 If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and specify that you would like an exchange.

4.2 Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you wish to exchange is not available, we will offer you an alternative or a refund.

 

5. Non-Returnable Items
